Dato' Mohamed Hadi Putera bin Halim (born 26 February 1981) or better known as Adi Putra is an actor and singer in Malaysia born in Singapore.

Biography

He made his debut on Singapore television in 2002 through the drama Cinta Bollywood 2, and is known for his roles in the films Anak Halal (2007)[1], Akhirat (2008), KL Gangster (2011-13), Aku Terima Nikahnya (2012), Langgar (2013).  ), Balistik (2014), Isyarat Cinta (2015), Drifting (2016), Makrifat Cinta (2018), Mat Kilau : The Rise of a Warrior(2022) [2]and Air Force The Movie: Selagi Bernyawa (2022).  He also dabbled in music by launching his debut solo studio album, Birth (2008).[3]

As for his acting roles on television, he is famous for his role as Ridzuan in Akukah Tanggang?  (2008), Reza in Na O Mei (2010), Indra Putra in Suria di Cordoba, Tengku Samson in Samson and Delaila and Zikir in Tentang Dhia (2011), Wahyu in Cinta Qaseh (2013), Fariz Adryan in Cinta Si Wedding Planner  (2015) and Alif in Sejadah Untuk Dia (2018).  In addition to television and film roles, Adi is also known for his roles in theater including Sri Mersing (2010) and Di Bawah Lindungan Ka'bah (2014).[4]

As of 2017, Adi has received various awards and nominations throughout his career including Anugerah Bintang Popular Berita Harian , Anugerah Skrin and TV3 Melodi Award.  On 23 December 2017, he was awarded the Second Degree of Indera Mahkota Pahang (DIMP) which carries the title of Datuk by the Sultan of Pahang, Sultan Ahmad Shah.[5]

In April 2018, he announced on his Instagram page that he had obtained the status of a Malaysian citizen.[6]
